Dear Friends,

I have been working with BAGLY and shooting their Prom for several years and I am excited to share this show with you. The BAGLY youth have a powerful presence, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to photograph them.

The artist’s receptions at Gallery Kayafas are scheduled to coincide with First Fridays in SoWa. These are really fun nights when all the galleries and artists studios are open to visitors. I am sharing the gallery with New York artist Tim Donovan; his work is worth the visit as well. 

The first artist reception is on the first night of Passover, but I am blessed to have two receptions. So, come on May 4th if you are celebrating the holiday this Friday, and you'll also get to hear the live sounds of the band INDIGO.

The portrait of Joe and Paul is from a series of Carnival portraits and street shooting that I have been working on for six years. It is a privilege to be included in the prestigious Mass Art Auction.

The cold and rain may be lingering but the promise of Spring is in the air.  Come out and have fun with me!
